Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The order cancelation deadline is 48 hours from the scheduled meeting date/time.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly state your decision.
You can inform us of your decision by e-mailing support@hmarktaylor.com
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days after receiving the request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and there is a 5% credit processing fee.
Conditions for returns:
For the services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
Cancellation requests must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Send an email to support@hmarktaylor.com.
The following services cannot be refunded:
Meetings that have already occurred.
Cancellation notices of less than 48 hours.
Cancellation requests that are not directed to support@hmarktaylor.com.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any services that do not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
